Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Any electronics or fuel system items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

• Contact us at BMWDieselParts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
